Dr. Nathan Conlee. He's fixed me after 7 car accidents and relieved me of a multitude of pain. As well he was able to help heal my husband back from a herniated disk on one side of his vertebra and a cyst on the other, Borrow Nero Inst could only offer a risky surgery. He's a neurological chiropractor and skilled in acupuncture. He knows his business and he's a hell of a guy.
Lori K. replied:
Dr Gary Love is an amazing Acupuncturist and specializes in pain management. He has helped me with my shoulder which is out of the socket and hurts like a bitch. But a session with him and I'm good to go for 3-6 months pain free. He takes all different insurance and if uninsured he charges $38. Great man. Office us on Ft Lowell just west of Country Club. Good luck.
I'm looking for recommendations for a pediatric acupuncturist. I just read an article saying it could help kids with asthma and eczema. Any recommendations and/or...

Nancy Gilliam, Licensed Acupuncturist is absolutely amazing. She is also a birth center mama from years ago. I trust her explicitly.

We are grateful we had a referral for www.SonjaWhite.com - I think is her site. (Eastside and very reasonable rate for kids) Wonderful with our 3 year old - she is an acupuncturist but liked the Bio-meridian testing done for our son. (something like that)
Hey Tucson alumni - I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an eastern/holistic/naturopathic medical practitioner in Tucson? My mom has a recurring health issue...
Cathy K. replied:
Hi Jay, Dan's recommendation looks great. Also, with the UofA and Dr. Weil's Integrative Medicine program there, perhaps you can find someone within or an MD graduate from to help give further opinions and care for your Mom. Here's a link to a clinic that the Integrative Medicine center has in Tucson. I've never been there, but I follow Dr. Weil closely and really like his approach and teachings. The website also has Doctors listed that have taken some Integrative Medicine and are practicing in Tucson: http://integrativemedicine.arizona.edu/clinic/index.html
Most likely, yes. Pain is the number one reason people try acupuncture. I say mostly because if a patient uses narcotics it may not work as well, it still can help though, as narcotics are Qi blockers. Most pain is stagnation and acupuncture is excellent at moving stagnation. If you want to discuss your case more in detail please call me tomorrow between 9-5 pm at 881-0827.
