I purchased my nebulizer at https://www.urgentcareextra.com. They have their own pharmacy services there. I believe I paid $50 without insurance. Using my insurance it would have cost me $80 at Walgreens.

Any Pharmacy has them the problem is it is Medical supply, not Pharmacy so you have to buy and submit to your insurance on Medical part
