The library near the Ulsan Science Museum is on the fourth floor of the Ulsan Institute for Foreign Language Education. I'd also highly recommend What The Book. Locally, the book store in the basement of Lotte Department Store has a reasonable selection of English books.

There's a bookstore in the basement of Lotte Department store that has English books and there's also Kidari Bookstore, between Gonguptap Rotary and Lotte Mart, 2 nd Floor, above the bank at the top of the hill (same side as Lotte).

A shop above Light Seconds in Samsan, plus a second-hand book store opposite Mr. Pizza (again, in Samsan). I went to the latter the other day and came away with eight books! smile emoticon Much to my excitement, I saw a novel that I had planned on paying top whack for! It was half the price. Happy days. smile emoticon

It is on the street that runs along side the small stream that runs by the mugeodong mcdonalds. Walk along that street away from mcdonalds towards shinbok rotary and it is on your right. Cross the zebra crossing at the University and go straight up the small street towards Holly's Coffee. Keep going straight past Holly's and down the hill.
