We have a maximum of six participants to a Beginner class so that you are highly supervised and corrected to ensure a safe and effective technique. I can highly recommend Francesca, she's amazing. However if you want a smaller class, tailored to your disc injury then Daniel Groom at Wellbeing Yoga in Warley is fantastic. He helped me get back into yoga after an operation with his patience and expertise. It's only a ten minute drive x
