Yeah def the heating element. Call Appliance Repair of Venice. His name is Chris Ball. He'll have part and do it if you want, cheaper than anyone else on both part and labor, but he'll sell you the part and it takes about 20 minutes to fix. Just take off the back and unplug the element and plug in the new one. Super easy.
