Personal trainer recommendations I'm looking for a personal trainer, but I'm afraid to just randomly select someone without any recommendations.
I need someone to help...

Baylea Wilkins at Studio 4. She's got a huge knowledge base and is in my opinion the perfect mix of supportive and motivating. Her site is mostly geared towards moms and women but she does work with men and people in all phases of their life. http://www.bayleawilkins.com/

Elena muratova at the quadra gym. Former Olympic athlete at Sochi. Great qualifications and certificates. http://www.elenamuratova.com/

Yana Hempler. She does personal training and online training. She's a long time runner and MEC has invited her to do many of their running clinics. She definitely adapts training to your needs according to your conditions and is a great motivator. http://www.yanahempler.com/

Kevin Gray at Steve Nash at Uptown. I've been working with him for a year now and he is great (but expensive)
Personal trainer or info from anyone that has been in a car accident and went through weight loss afterwards.

I’ve seen Sam at Goodlife Fitness Bay Centre do a great job getting people motivated and working towards their goals. I’d recommend him.

At [Camosun Lansdowne](http://camosun.ca/sports/fitness-recreation/services-memberships.html) they have a gym and trainers. It's not too busy during the summer, and they aren't pushy about sales.

I really enjoyed training both with Sam Jones and Mark at goodlife in the bay centre

Anytime fitness near Reynolds has nice new equipment, you can go anytime 24/7 and they have a couple trainers that were very nice and helpful. Members get one free hour long session and you can pay as you go or sign up for regular training sessions.

I train with [Scott Dickson at Apheleia](https://www.myapheleia.com/scott-dickson/). He won't be able to help you out with the motivational portion of it but he can help you with your technique/form if you send him videos. The benefit is its quite a bit cheaper than a regular in\-person trainer, but the downside is you don't have them there to push and motivate you. I built a home gym so this was a great solution for me. Hope that helps! EDIT: doesn't matter which gym you go to with Scott.
Whytlyt replied:
Save the money and use youtube, and a great gym is the ymca, or any of the community centres around town. Anytime sucks, so does the Steve Nash whatever it's called.

My trainer is amazing and he is super affordable. If you’re interested message me and I can give you his info.
