It sounds like the best option is to take them to a rescue or shelter- kittens can be expensive when healthy, let alone when sick, and it sounds like finances are limited.

Dr. Neabore in Haddonfield is also great. A bit further down, but he has a spotless office, will spend time with you, is transparent about pricing and most importantly, cares about your animal and follows up via email.

Late comment, but, HousePaws and NorthStar (for emergency) are both great vets and very reasonable pricing. Both are in Mt. Laurel, NJ. I get house call care for my cat and its only a small fee above the regular vet, and, my cat is not stressed at all. Excellent vets with an excellent tech come into your house and administer top-notch care to your pet. I am not affiliated w them at all, other than having used their services for my wonderful cat. Mt. Laurel Animal Hospital might not be one of the cheaper but they have all the equipment you need and are a 24hr vet hospital xrays, labs, etc. As a fellow German Shepherd owner its been helpful having them as our vet. We were originally at Cinnaminson Animal Hospital but they refer you to them after hrs. It made more sense to switch to them so they could have his records on hand in the need of a night call, since our guy had a way of getting into trouble as a pup.
[https://mlahvet.com/](https://mlahvet.com/) fantastic staff. They even have a yearly bbq for customers and they have all sorts of animals in essentially a petting zoo kind of set up for young kids incase you some. Our nieces love going to visit with us.

Burl Moore Driben is great. They treat the dog for what it needs, not just give medicine because it might be. We have a very allergic dog and they were the first ones that found something to help him have quality of life. Very up to date on methods
