I know that TS Nails in the (old) Metro Plaza has a butterfly chair for little girls to sit in and get their nails done.

Black and White does the best fade in town...ask for Naeim the guy in the middle on the right hand side. They don't do the fancy salon stuff but they are the best for a tight fade.

I think you'll just have to experiment with various stylists since everyone's style and opinion can be so different. Oiseau has a nice atmosphere, but, anywhere could be fine for you. Also, $30 will be hard to find at most places.

You can try Johnathan at Cucci Cabello. He does a good job and the salon is really nice and not too girly. Also $25 for a guys cut is pretty reasonable

Try bilalo hair artistry Ask for Brandon. He's awesome. Arguably "the best fade in town". Haha. No but really z he's awesome. But I think you're looking at $35-40... He also does wicked shaves..
