Be careful buying at the SB Grand. I know Barry Shy all too well. You may own the condo, but he owns the building! As for your budget, it's not going to be easy, but, just keep an eye on the mls listings. Caroline Choi is one of the best for your needs! Reach out to her and she will help you find that hidden gem your looking for!

I worked with Caroline Choi and do not feel as others do above. I didn't like the way she handle a couple if offers i made nor did I feel she was in my corner. She also lives on SL not DT do why not use a local DT agent. My recommendation is greg@prebrokerage.com who went above and beyond to find me my gem. He was amazing to work with.
