A lot of people recommended Rainbow Gutters on a previous post, so I called them. They sent someone out to assess my house for an estimate. The estimate came back (same as Ned Stevens $$). I called to request a discount-senior, AAA, AARP, Anything????, which took some convincing (10% for new customer). The day arrived and the man came for the cleaning. He started to put his ladder up and suddenly announced he didn't have a tall enough ladder to do the job! What?! You're a gutter cleaning business!
