Plus, if you are going to need an injection in your heel or foot, know that Dr. Messina uses ultrasound to see EXACTLY where to inject the medicine. After three shots with Weinstein and no improvement (and they HURT!) it was wonderful to be better after just one shot with Dr. Messina.
