I teach PiYo, Monday and Wednesday nights at 7 pm at Anyime Fitness. The gym also has daytime yoga classes. PiYo combines the stretching of yoga with the strength of pilates. It is good for any fitness level, and as you gain more strength and flexibility you can do more advanced movements.

Yoga Loft in downtown Oly is also great. I haven't been to any of their beginner classes but I have really liked the classes I've gone to. The atmosphere is very peaceful there. Walk in classes are $14.
