I've heard good things about Dr. West. I definitely wouldn't go to First Coast.

Dr. West has been great with my three. We tried the place off of Nectarine, with Marrero and didn't like the way we were treated. If you are interested in a family doctor j would go with Dr. Holly Hamilton with the Yulee UF Family practice.

Most doctors aren't doing Saturday hours anymore. There are too many Urgent Care centers open on Saturday. I wish you luck!

We used to take Elijah to first coast pediatrics on the island but it's just to busy. They also have a office on main street right before you get to river city. That's where we go now, not as chaotic as in town, at least not when we've gone.Dr. Grace or Dr. Sabban is really good.

I had a few minor issues with dr-wests office but it was not him it was his nurse practitioner Ryann she I horrible I loathe that women lol. If I had a way I would def take my kids to jax PEDs! I have heard nothing but good things and that is also who I went to when I was little Dr. Stanley

When we lived on the island we brought the girls to Dr. West; the girls LOVED seeing him and I was always happy with him. I never saw his ARNP Rayanne so I can't say anything but before we went to Dr. West I was taking Alena to First Coast Peds and they were awful to her. We just found out that the girls' Pediatrician is heading over to that practice soon; her name is Dr. Yatco and she's okay- I'm actually glad we went to her ARNP's for treatment instead of having her. But, long story short; we loved Dr. West and miss him and his staff very much.

If you don't mind the drive I would def go with jax PEDs then! Call and set up a meet and greet with them. See if you like the facility! Dr. Stanley was awesome there.

First Coast Pediatrics is good but they are getting really busy and sometimes it's hard to get a same day appointment or see the same doctor. But Dr. Sabaan is really good.

I had multiple horrible experiences with first coast pediatric.. I use Dr. West here on the island at the hospital. He is the pediatrician for the hospital here he has been wonderful with my children. I went to jax pediatrics with Dr. Stanley he was awesome too!

I currently love Dr. West. I cannot go to jax. He has done wonderfully with my two. I do not like the lady lol. But he is awesome.

Saundra I use Dr Taylor and he is a really good doctor he works at Baptist primary care in Yulee he's a good primary doctor

I only go to the Doc when I really really need it, and when I do I just go to Urgent Care and see Dr. Matricia since he's also a flight surgeon he can tell me what we can and can't have.

I like Dr. K in Callahan... GP. She listens and works with you.

If you are willing to drive a little further. Dr. Scuderi is amazing. He is off New Berlin.

I love Dr. Wright. Their office is Bennett's pediatrician. He only goes once a year, but I unfortunately go frequently and I really like and trust her.

I take both of mine to Dr West on the island at Baptist nassau. And I'll be taking baby number 3 that's on the way there, too. Love him. We've used him for 5 yrs and i drive from Callahan because he's worth the ride. Lol

All 5 of my grandchildren go to Dr. West.

Dr Silva at Jacksonville Pediatrics off of Southside. It's a drive but they stay open late and on weekends. They also have a paging system where you can have a dr call you during the night if you need to.
