Dr West and his team are literally the best

I know many parents like Dr West but, I didn't have a good experience with him and thought he was rude and unprofessional along with some of his staff members. I've been in the medical profession for the past 30 years and the behavior of him and his staff is unacceptable.

We swtiched from Dr West to Dr. Page - the whole family sees Page or his NP, Lori. I love their office and their care.

We use Dr Sabban. We've never had to wait and we always see her not a nurse. That said, we've never been there sick so I'm not sure about that AND she did tell me two days ago she didn't see any teeth coming in (my baby is 7.5 months) and today his tooth is popping through. I think if my kids we sick or needed periodic care I'd go to Progressive Pediatrics in Jacksonville. Everyone seems to really love them.

Dr. Brownstein feels large % are not checked for thyroid problem. Most are wrongly diagnosed and given highly dangerous drugs....what happens to them later? NO sugar and flouride will help. Antonette Caruso, Nutritionist in St. Mary's Ga. is out to educate the parents and teachers on ADD and FLORIDE. Its toxic and they are only little. Carusos Holistic Health 912-576-3335. She is a past Pharmcist and has alot of education on health. She will change your child's like. Just start with trying changing toothpaste for 1 week. She says you will see the "bad" behavior stop. Schools are compensated for each ADD child.

Hope Haven in Jacksonville is very good - and less of a wait than Nemours. They can do a full psych workup to determine where the problem lies...

Her teacher is awesome!!! in helping with her one on one, but I hate seeing her struggle. Sounds like we should start with Dr. West and get his suggestion from there. Setzer and Cochrane located off Baymeadows in Jax. Hands down the best ever. They took my kids when no dentist in Nassau County would accept my ins and kids under 6 years old.

DeVane or Roddefer at Amelia Internal Medicine; First Coast Pediatrics; Amelia Gentle Dentistry - I see Olbina, but I hear his daughter is great, too. If you need a pediatric dentist, I highly recommend Safari of Smiles. Dr. Alvarez is the best!

Holly Hamilton is the best primary care ever. She is at UF Health in Yulee now, but she is apparently moving onto the Island sometime soon, with her own practice. Not sure if she will still be with UF Health or not. Dr. Friedman is the best Dentist, and Dr. Amy is the eye doctor inside of WalMart, and she is the best eye doctor, too!! I tell you something. ..my son, prior to living here, was deathly afraid of the dr. His first visit with Dr West and he was no longer afraid. Dr West and Amelia Phillips are the child whisperers of pediatric care. Dr. West also goes to our church and when my son sees him in the pews he wants to hug him.

Dr. West and his team are wonderful pediatricians (and are open on Saturday mornings!), Yulee Family Practice (UF Health) is great for the rest of the family, Dr. Beckham at the Walmart Optical Center is fabulous, and Golden Isles is a great pediatric dentist up in Kingsland.

Our PCP is Dr DeVane with Amelia Internal. May take a couple of months for first appointment but it's well worth the wait

Amelia Gentle Dentistry on 14th St. The Olbinas (Mark & Jackie) are both dentists and great and so is the office staff.

Very impressed with Dr.Knight and staff at uf health today. New building, clean office, free valet parking and toy bin for kids to choose a prize after appointment. Dr.Knight was a great listener and discussed options to me with updated research.

My 8 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son have had Dr. West since birth and I absolutely love him. I gave birth to twins girls last year and chose him again, but ended up switching then to First Coast Pediatrics because every time they had a scheduled appt with Dr. West he was not the Dr. seeing them. Dr. Sabaan & Dr. Mererro (I'm not sure if the name is spelled correctly) at First Coast is very professional, personable, sweet, and genuinely care about the children they see. Nothing against Dr. West, but I like seeing the same Dr... especially when it's dealing with my children

Dr Anthony Perzyk is and awesome Dr but he only does Genetics and they already have a diagnosis. Although Dr Sabban will refer out to where she sees fit. Dr Sabban has put together an awesome team of Dr's for my daughter! In total it's 11 Dr's and they all work together! I honestly can even tell you the last time I had to call any of them for anything! They all call and keep in touch with me

Dr Perszyk does more than genetics though and can develop a treatment plan

Dr. Hamilton at UF Yulee is my 6 month olds Doctor, she is a family doctor but respects my wishes about vaccinations. She is very knowledgeable and they have a way to sign in online and get any of his records, and also leave messages for the doctor any time day or night. There were times I have tried to call the desk and they couldn't fit him in, and sent her a message and she would tell me to bring him anyway. Plus Dr. Hamilton is moving to a new office on the island, on Saddler, she told me a week ago at my sons 6 month check up.

I use a family doctor who respects my wishes I'm unsure when it comes to complex cases though. My guy had eating issues and they were quick to give any referral I needed for GI, therapy etc even over the phone. UF Health in Kingsland, Darlene Brown is who we use.

Dr Sabban at First Coast Peds is amazing. My daughter has torticollis, treacher collins, VaCTeRL Syndrome, hemifacialmicrosomia, and quite a few other things (too many to list) Dr. SABBAN has seen us through many obstacles and heartbreaks! She has even done a couple house visits due to the complexity of my daughters medical needs. She is one of the few that actually not only loves their jobs but she truly loves her kids

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Todd DeVane as your gp/internal med. However he is not a pediatrician, so over 18 only. EXCELLENT doctor.

We both have Dr DeVane. He is just fine. The person on his staff whom we actually see is his PA, Liz. She is wonderful. Good diagnostician, caring, can get in the same day if there is a problem.

We use golden isles in GA, they were great with both girls. Olivia had the worst anxiety at our last dentist, I think it was too big/busy. Dr Patty is great with her and so is the staff!!

Amelia Island Animal Hospital - Dr. Mandy and Dr. Holly. If one needs to be away, they will cover the other's patients, it's a well-oiled machine in there. Great experience and they put you at ease when you are feeling in distress about your pet.

We go to first coast pediactric on main street in jax we see Dr sabbann and Dr yatco my kids love Dr yatco. I use to take my daughter to Dr Marrero but she cancelled an appointment my daughter had at Nemours for her seizures.

Dr. West! First Coast pediatrics gave children shots with mercury in them in 2007. After 6 months of refusing to acknowledge that my son was completely mute Dr. Marrero finally agreed there might be an issue and sent him to speech therapy. He had to relearn how to talk and was in speech therapy for five years. We were one of the lucky ones. This is just one of several bad situations we've had there. They medicated two of my children but refused to send them to a specialist. My theory was why not find out what my son is allergic to instead of treating an unknown allergy with multiple medications.

Wooda Smith, maybe he has improved. i went to him with Carinton shortly after Doc Roe retired and I was not impressed. Once he made an error writing the script the element of trust was gone.

Paula Staten- Morris Give him a second chance. I had a experience with him too after dr.roe retired. But I gave him a second chance and he's fone excellent.

We drive to Jacksonville because I have always used Carithers group for Jim and Mary. So today, we drove to Riverside just to see Dr. Cheek. I asked the same question before Alexandria was born and got mixed reviews... Good luck and I hope you find a good one!!
