I used "Two Men and a Truck" exactly once, and never again. They didn't move everything, they broke/scratched stuff and wouldn't put boxes where they were supposed to go, even though I marked them in a manner such that a 1 st grader could have figured it out.

Pre-covid I hired house cleaners via the app Thumbtack. You could try that. It lists each contractors reviews and general rates, and then even gives you a more specific estimate if you include more details. If you decide to hire through that app, my advice is to be very clear that you’re looking for a DEEP clean and say exactly what you did here— someone to get in “all the nooks and crannies” and let them know before they leave if you aren’t happy.
