Yes, try the YWCA and also try Family and Children's Services in Annapolis. I believe that both places offer a sliding scale fee.

Check with your insurance company first. Most do not cover "couples" counseling but will cover "family" counseling, which consists of 2 family members seeking counseling... Go on the insurance website and then you can cross reference with psychology today website, if you want to see additional information on specific counselors. Deborah Ross is a reputable, private counselor in Annapolis.
