Ok this may not help but it is a recommendation! Dr. Mia Kogan in NW D.C. a bit of a trek for you and she does not take insurance but it will be reimbursed. She checks all of my medications and does a fabulous job! PM me if interested. I am not sure if she is taking new patients at this time but I can check. I see her next week.

Dr. Walker Lyerly in Arlington with Colombia Associates. They do not take insurance but you can get reimbursed. He is very good and seems to be always available when needed.
