Dr. Sejal Mehta is very good. Her training is in Child and Adolescents but she has seen patients that were not in those groups. http://www.texaspsychdocs.com/physcian.html

Catina D. Daniels-Rice is an excellent licensed professional counselor, I'm not sure if she's a psychologist but she is definitely very helpful. She's in Dallas at 8915 Harry Hines Blvd # 117. Her phone number is (214) 351-3490, she will definitely either help you or refer you to someone who can help. I hope you're able to find someone who can help you!

Your insurance provider should have a list of psychiatrists and psychologists that are covered under your health plan on their website. Best of luck to you.

There are sites like zocdoc.com that allow you to filter by location, specialty and health insurance. Additionally psychologytoday.com has a section of their website dedicated to finding therapists and they list insurances taken. For now, do you have any strategies that help you feel grounded like journaling or talking to friends or exercising?

I hope you find happiness in DFW. Its a big and scary place. Just don't forget where you came from. You look happy in your posted pictures. And very sexy I might add. Be yourself. Don't isolate. When I moved to a big city I pushed out everyone who truly cared about me. I thought I was doing myself a favor but in the end, It was what I was lacking in healthy relationships. I tried everything but until I reconnected with myself I never found happiness. Find a good therapist and start seeing them. Mental Health is extremely important for self-satisfaction. Good Luck!
