Ok guys... we need to pick a pediatrician. We are delivering at KDMC and hope to stick to a doctor here in Ashland, so opinions/experiences please. Ready, set, go.
Ashley P. replied:
We go to Khanna but had Dr. Ford while Khanna was on vacation when Graham was born. We really like them both!!
Lora C. replied:
Dr. Ng. She goes to kdmc and Bellefonte.
Brittany B. replied:
BJ Belcher! I'll go ahead and tell you he's Kelli's recommendation too
Leslie W. replied:
No one beats Dr Khanna!!!! Love him so much!!!
Mike L. replied:
Dr Khanna!!! Our boys love him!!!
Crystal A. replied:
I have to agree, No to Dr. Craig. But we go to Bellefonte Pediatrics by Jolly Pirates in Ashland. Dr. Ford is super nice and they can always work you in the same day you call. He's very understanding and takes his time with you, you never feel rushed. The nurses are also very nice.
Kelli D. replied:
Dr. Belcher at KDMC - Brittany is right.
Shelley M. replied:
We chose our pediatrician based on private doc vs group docs. We did not want group docs. You are not guaranteed to see the same doc each time- ESP if it isn't a pre-scheduled check up. We wanted one doc all the time who knows our kid to her core and never have to explain anything to another doctor. We love Dr Thida in coal grove. Only she doesn't see her pts if they are admitted- a hospitalist does, and I'm good with that bc I have many choices of hospitals to take her too and not just one that a doctor works out of. Good luck
Mindy B. replied:
Dr. Craig and Stevens for us, too. Love them!
Lacie C. replied:
I personally really like Dr. Monica Cline. She's at the Cedar Knoll Family Care Center. And she was great with Jase in the hospital after he was born. I also hear good things about Dr. Stevens. His office is right near OP Therapy.
Pamela B. replied:
Don't like Dr Craig..
BillynCelest W. replied:
Dr. Cook- Tri-State pediatrics!
LaCosta B. replied:
We use Dr Hennan-Hain at tri-state peds but comfortable with anyone in that group.
Bryanne H. replied:
Dr Thida
Renee W. replied:
I highly recommend Dr. Jason Ford with Bellefonte Pediatrics. He has rights at KDMC and can be the baby's pediatrician at birth.
Christy L. replied:
We love Dr. Rice and Dr. Cline at Cedar Knoll Peds.
Rebecca R. replied:
Tristate pediatrics..... Dr Cook, Dr Pearl Hennan Hain, Dr Bolden- any and all of them are the best in town. I've had personal experience with Craig. Just don't go there. Now, KDMC, I had Will there.... Wanted to stick with TriState Peds but they r Bellefonte, so I went and talked to Dr Ford and asked him personally to be Wills Doc while there at KDMC. He was wonderful and took great care of both of us:)....listened, and did what I asked ( to be sure and check his thyroid early on, etc).... Anyway, we had best of both worlds:). That's my 10 cents:)
Rebecca R. replied:
I also know Dr Rice personally and would have no reservations recommending her as well:)
Anybody know of a good pediatrician close by RVMC I am moving soon and need to find a new doctor for Baby Aiva. Any recommendations ??
Brandy C. replied:
Dr Morgan is Elijah's

Sadie, Ryder & Jaxson all go to Munroe I love her!! I told janna to take ryder to her and then She told Kaila to take jaxson to her, She is Amazing!
Jackie F. replied:
Dr Frierson
Annissa M. replied:
Dr. Sibley at SO Peds told me I was "lucky" Lili was still alive with no vaccines. I was blown away! Conway and Mills were good about it, but were more likely to dose antibiotics with any bug. That was annoying, but I didn't give what I didn't feel necessary. Dr Jones never pressured me, but I'm very stubborn on the subject so most won't fight me on it lol. Sounds like Dr. Monroe is pretty awesome!:)
Angela H. replied:
Greg Conway@Southern Oregon Pediactrics
Nicole O. replied:
Dr. Martin Young@Children and Adolescent Clinic! I will never leave them:) You can even make an appt first and do a meet and greet kind of thing.
Arianna N. replied:
Dr Strickland. In the medical arts bldng. She's awesome.
Joy M. replied:
Southern Oregon Peds. I use Dr. Conway. Of course from my nurse perspective, I really dont have anything bad to say about any Peds in the valley!:-)
Shawn P. replied:
Dr Conway is are dr and he is awesome
Amanda K. replied:
Dr. Sibley right across the street from rvmc
Desirae A. replied:
We take Carter to Dr. Johnson. He is right across the street from RVMC. We used to see Dr. Jones in the same building, but we were not a fan of him... He just wasn't a good match for us. I love Dr. Johnson though! Both are in the Medical Arts Building on Murphy Road.
Hey Southern Oregon, can anyone recommend a doctor, naturopath or chiropractor who is skilled in treating lower back issues? Any leads are greatly appreciated.
Sage M. replied:
Mark Adams at Adam's Chiropractic fixed my husband. He went from not being able to walk to being totally fine in one visit. Every case is different but we were pretty impressed, and thankful. Yesterday at 2:40 am

I go to Cynthia Wright but I'm not sure she is taking new patients. I've heard the man in that office is very good. Hands on Healing is the business name. Ben Stott (Three Harmonies Acupuncture) is just excellent and he's a Colstinite.
Shelley A. replied:
Prema Belly on A Street. Fixed my lower back issues. Mark adams and Kelly Lange are fab chiropractors. Rose Acupuncture in Medford -- he's great too! Caryn Jacobson for massage is amazing also.
Kit L. replied:
Kelly Lange is Karen's daughter in case you forgot the OSF connection. You might check with Brad G, too. He left work because of a bad back.
Heather B. replied:
Kelly Lange or Mark Logan
Suzanne S. replied:
I like David Heller between Oak and Pioneer, and A & B.
Kristan W. replied:
I love Dr. James Said. Naturopath & Chiropractor in Medford. He's expensive but I can't begin to tell you how much he helped me.
Dont know if this is okay, but I need reccomendations for a dermatologist and also a general doctor. I'm 20 and need someone good, I dont care for ventanna wellness. So...
Priscilla T. replied:
My favorite Dr wld be Dr Orozco at Medford Medical clinic or Sherri Ross, Fnp. They are Both great for Primary care.
Jenn C. replied:
I love Dr Palm at la clinica for general. I see the ladies at providence womens clinic for the lady parts! And as far a dermatology, if youre looking for skin care, not medical, go see Opal Tree on Jackson
Mendy D. replied:
I would visit Barbara Kaylor at Ageless Lifestyle Asthetics. She can help you heal your skin naturally! A consultation with her will get you headed in the right direction even if she need to refer you elsewhere.
Kathy H. replied:
Dr Charles is amazing!

Any referral for a good knee doctor? I called up one big ortho office today to get an appt but I'd rather go with someone that someone else has experience with.
Lucy L. replied:
Not Metzwally! He was my doctor for knee surgery... I would say Ashland Orthopedic or Greentree Orthopedics in Grants Pass. Heard great things about both! I was a patient at Greentree before I had to transfer to So. Or Ortho and metzwally

We love Dr. Chamberlain...he called me loose and crooked when I went to him for my knee pain. ;) (Well, my ligaments loose and my knees crooked, but I love when a doctor makes some effort in the humor department). He also survived a bear attack and is ...See More
