Village podiatry. Or Dr. Mcglamry. I've had it done and so has Andrew. I think any podiatrist would numb it beforehand. The numbing is the worst part.

Sandy. We use Dean Kostakos. North Fulton podiatry. 770-346-7500. He's awesome. I actually see him as well as my sisters. I have a Morton neuroma in my foot. It's a mass around a nerve. I've had two shots and am doing better. Colin's toe had f lared up again and I called to see if they could see him. They had him to come with me and worked him in. With ingrown toenails, once it is cut out there is also medicine put in to inhibit the nail from growing back. So once it's done it will be fine. Basically your nail is bigger than the toe can handle. Dr Kostakos is near north Fulton hospital.

Mark Had both big toenails removed in Dawsonville. They numbed them and he had no problems.

Mom has used Dr. Eric Kron in Dawsonville for years. He also has an office in Cumming. Ankle and Foot Centers of North GA, 706-265-6600. I've seen him before, too. He is really good and a "hottie":)

I called this am & we have an apt. w/North Fulton Podiatry at 12:20 today. I really dread this; However, I am very thankful they were able to see him today. I told Sam about the apt. when he woke up this am. He told me later that he was so nervous, he got in the shower w/his underwear on. I could not help, but laugh.

Brian use to have them really bad & he went to some Dr's that was very painful but then he went to Dr. Joel Schancupp & didn't feel a thing!! It was great!!! Also it has been years since it came back!!

I had to get this done as a college student, and I was a big baby back then when it came to needles or anything painful. (That was before I had two children and figured out what pain really was!) I put off going until it was REALLY bad. I could lite rally barely walk by the time I hobbled in there. I think I saw Dr. Schancupp for it. Believe it or not, I don't remember any pain from the procedure at all (even the numbing). They had me lie back in a chair and not look, and it was over before I knew it. I don't know if they used numbing cream or what, but I honestly don't remember it hurting. I just remember the relief of the pain going away. I should've done it sooner than I did. I haven't had one since then. Good luck to him (and you). It's never fun to see your child in pain.
