I use fiber seal for my furniture that gets the most use. They clean and spray/prevent/protect against future stains. For my carpets, tile floors and furniture not sprayed, I use Picard Carpet Cleaning. The owner is a nice man and he does a great job. Tell him I sent you. I'm a regular of his with 3 kids.
