Sidney Chaisson, Chaisson Building Inspection Services. He's more expensive than the others but is one of the best. Realtors know him as "The Deal Killer" Dan Derbes also came highly recommended by someone I trust Neither were available when I needed them so we are going with Kevin Dinkle.
