For commercial: Louisiana Pied Piper. They don't do residential, but they have quite the client list (McDonalds, Serops, DeAngelos, etc.) when it comes to commercial. Its also who I work for, but don't let that be a factor! I wish I could recommend a residential PCS (assuming you're residental), but all of my friends just get me to do it.

brpest.net Locally owned by a guy with a Ph.D. in Entomology, and employing others with masters degrees in Entomology. These are not just some guys trained to spray chemicals around your house. Cheaper than the big companies as well.

Don't use Salvant Pest Control. They will bill you for visits that don't happen, don't work past 4 pm and don't do weekends.

You can buy all you need on amazon. If you have a serious infestation I would use an exterminator until the problem was resolved and then DIY the pest control and you'll save hundreds, if not thousands. Seal the gap around the toilet with caulk and also make sure no traps or drains are dry, there all billions of roaches in the sewer system.
