I grew up in Prairieville and live in Denham Springs now so very familiar with both areas. Prairieville/Dutchtown area will be the most expensive but they are both very nice with great schools!

Be careful in your research. Zachary district is touted as the best but it's only got one high school and 2 feeder schools. You need to look at the high school rankings then go to the feeders from there. Dutchtown High is the best non-testing required public school in the state. It's best feeder is Prairieville Middle and best primary is Oak Grove Primary. Almost Ascension schools are great.
