Our allergist said almonds were safe for my son and a great alternative (almond butter). Anyone know of one that is safe for a peanut allergy kiddo?

Can anyone recommend a doctor in Boulder? I have a friend who was diagnosed gluten intolerant by her allergist but wants to find someone with more experience with CD....

Hello Sara, I have heard that Dr. Nuzhat Iqbal is very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. She often gives lectures with the celiac groups around this area. She is located at the Longmont Clinic. Her phone number is 720-494-3123. http://www.longmontclinic.com/doctors/profiles/dept/7

I'd also suggest Dr. Ian Hollaman303-882-8447 . He also has Celiac Disease and lectures about it. He's also a lot of fun! He is likely to be at the cookie exchange.
