We had a really bad experience with a hardwood install from Lumber Liquidators in Longmont. First guy ruined 2 boxes of flooring bc he was using the wrong nails. Then it took a couple weeks for them to line up someone else, meanwhile we lived on filthy sub-flooring. They then informed us that they needed to glue it and made is pay for that on addition to the top of line moisture barrier we had already installed. It was a six week ordeal, went way over budget, and they bitched to us that they lost money.
