Looking for recommendations on a Family Eye doctor. Within Bremerton would be best, I like to stay within my city when possible. Thanks neighbors.

We like Dr. Whitmarsh at Visual Connections in Bremerton (Up by Albertsons) http://thevisualconnectionwa.com/ He recently joined this group. We have been with him for years when he was with Pearl Vision in Silverdale. My husband has an appointment with him this Friday.

Hi! I work at pacific eye care in poulsbo and we have two ophthalmologists and two optometrists in clinic, all of which would be able to monitor your plaquenil and treat your dry eyes. We have a number of patients who are on plaquenil and who experience dry eyes especially with sjögrens We do have visual field and OCT machines in clinic. We do bill your medical insurance but you'd want to call to make sure we take your insurance specifically. 360-779-2020

Vision Connection (Wheaton Way & Sheridan) has good doctors for exams. FYI: With a prescription, you can get great complete glasses with lenses online for about $20 from ZenniOptical.com
ISO: doctor (female only), dentist, eye doctor. Insurance has kicked in at the new job! What are your recommendations? :)
Isabel S. replied:
Teresa Anderson in Poulsbo is great:) (primary care - not dental or vision)
Mary M. replied:
There is a new doctor in the glass building across from Harrison. Her name is Karen Miller. She is wonderful. Doesn't have you leaving the office having to go online to get information or rushing you out because she's over booked. She Is thorough, kind, compassionate and knows what she is talking about. She doesnt leave a stone unturned. I can't say enough good things about her.
Danielle G. replied:
I really like the Drs at Kitsap Natural Medicine. They're in Manette, caring, attentive and have been able to solve issues other drs I saw just prescribed meds to cover the symptoms rather than stop the issue.
Colleen S. replied:
Harrison Health Partners -Elisa Esper ARNP. Next to Harrison hospital Bremerton. Dentist Rory Jefferson on Riddell next to planned parenthood. Vision - Dr. Night at lens craters in kitsap mall. He doesn't mind I never buy anything there and has had success in fitting me with contacts that work for my complicated eyes.
