i went to my doc for PF....nothing much can be done and time does heal. i suggest you read articles on treating and healing....do the exercises and by all means head to walgreens and buy some arch supports to put in your shoes!!!! freeze a water bottle and roll your arch and heel over it a few times a day, it really helps. mine is pretty much gone. Brenda S can give you great tips too! an anti- inflamitent (sic) helps too aspirin is my drug of choice. i found more online than the doctor told me.
