Stay away from Kitsap Property Management. They were a nightmare to deal with as a tenant, even though we were model tenants (never late on rent, quiet and respectful to our neighbors, maintained the unit well, always reported any problems promptly), they treated us with incredible disrespect. Neither. As a Realtor and owner of rentals, I use Dawn Clay of Windermere Real Estate. She has been amazing with managing our properties and is tough and trust worthy. And, she works for a different real estate company than I do! That's how much I respect her!
