Hi, welcome to yoga! There is so much in Brighton, you are spoilt for choice. Some styles and teachers are not suitable for beginners, and some are. You alao have to go with your gut feeling on how you get on with individual teachers. I am a Kripalu Yoga teacher, and my classes are definitely suitable for beginners. I teach Thursday mornings 11.00-12.30 at About Balance, Friday mornings 10.30-11.30 at Revitalise Brighton on Western Road. And from Sept 8 th I will teach Tuesday evenings at Revitalise also. You are most welcome at any of my classes, and if you have any questions about yoga please feel free to ask. Warm wishes, Hannah Rose x
