Acro yoga and jam with Cat Cat Duval and Chetana Thornton are great fun. Kundalini thursdays more spiritual, powerful meditative. Rocket Yoga a great workout, yin yoga is restorative... yes if you are classified as homeless Brighton Housing Trust, and their department Private Rented Solutions can do that but it is NOT easy. |I volunteered with them for 12 months. I politely warn you though it is not an easy process and timely too. It takes months to go through. Many people end up not happy with the accommodation they get through BHT / PRS. Best of British to you.....
