Yes, Coastal Fertility Specialists is fantastic. (https://www.coastalfertilityspecialists.com/) I recommend the location in North Charleston.

Our doc has since retired and closed his practice; but Dr. Singleton@The Fertility Center of Charleston worked closely with him and is where he referred all his existing/prospective patients.

My wife and I worked with [Dr. Schnorr](https://www.coastalfertilityspecialists.com/people/john-schnorr/) and are now expecting. I have also have several friends work with other doctors at the same practice with successful results.

Dr. Reeves or Dr. Schwartzberg at Lowcountry Women's Specialist get my seal of approval. Having worked with both of them, I can assure you they are both very professional and can offer a wide array of option. They both have great bedside manners as well.

Dr. Catherine Jones, acupuncture/ND. Not a fertility specialist but has had patients with infertility who have been successful. She's a great listener and very knowledgeable. 843-513-7477http://www.bewellcharleston.com/
Can anyone recommend a good primary care physician here on the peninsula? I've been looking for a new one and would love to hear who my neighbors are going to and if...
Dr Egleston just off the bridge off of Folly Rd, I've been going to him my whole life, super nice guy. The nurse practitioner he works with (Vicki) is amazing too, I actually prefer seeing her because she usually has longer consultations with her patients.

Dr Datta and Dr Gass are wonderful http://www.eastcooperinternalmed.com/ourteam.aspx
Ted K. replied:
Very few PCPs on the peninsula. The ones who are, are with MUSC. Some good practitioners on Bee Street and with University Internal Medicine.
Charles R. replied:
I do *not* recommend Dr. McNulty at Peninsula Primary Care. I have started calling him Dr. McWorthless because he is exactly that.
Caroline T. replied:
Dr. Cheryl Lynch at MUSC is awesome. You can do a doctor search for internal medicine/primary care: http://www.muschealth.org/providerdirectory/providers.aspx . I think they have doctor profiles too so you can see where they went to school and did their training.
Any feedback on lasik eye surgery positive or negative? any specific doctor recommendations in Charleston area?
Shannon C. replied:
Dr. Kerry Solomon in Mt. Pleasant. He is awesome! 881-3937carolinaeyecare.com He is also on Facebook.
Jamie E. replied:
Will - I'm on vacation this week, but call me next week (843) 810-5034. I've co-managed hundreds of LASIK cases as a referring doctor to Chas area surgeons for 14 years and I've had it done when I was about 30 yo. It is a great alternative for the right patients but, like any surgery, it is not without it's risks and it's limitations. I'd be glad to talk about it with you to help you decide if it is right for you.
Will Y. replied:
Steven Bader, besides me befriending you in school of course.:)
Miranda M. replied:
Too old...haha!! If you do it, I'll second Kerry Solomon. He did Mom's cataract surgeries. He is very professional. They are very efficient. And he has an excellent reputation, both when he was at MUSC and since he has been on his own.
Vicky D. replied:
Will, Mike had it done about three years ago, it wasn't a complete success. Maybe it depends on the doctor. Kerry Solomon is now our doctor, but that is not who did the lasik surgery.

Since 2000 I have been able to see!!! Sydney Seltzer is my recommendation!
Evan M. replied:
David O'Day. I can now see like a minorly injured baby eagle. Had surgery over 10 years ago and still see most colors.
