We did a ton of research before picking a roofer. Georgoulis did a great job and includes a warranty on the entire roofing system, not just the shingles. They are the installer that GAF has come fix jobs that other roofers screw up. They install other shingles as well. Al at Georgoulis can be reached at 978-453-4242.

Of the 5 companies I called for estimates, only Ryan took the time to go up on my roof to give it a full inspection AND spent time in my attic assessing my ventilation needs since I told him I'd had ice damming in the past. Of the 5 estimates I got, (including Express roofing) Ryan was the only one who actually inspected my roof and even went up in my attic to assess the situation there too regarding insulation, venting etc. I was very pleased with his pricing, professionalism, attention to detail and the whole job overall!
