Where can I find caymak?? Anyone know of a Turkish grocery store or market? We are trying to recreate Turkish Breakfast but everything depends on the caymak. So far,...

Atour foods is a local company that makes kaymak, which you can find at [these stores](http://www.atourfoods.com/where_to_buy.php) You can also find the english version by looking for devonshire clotted cream in the international section of most grocery stores, and at [Jolly Posh](http://www.jollyposh.com/) on Southport.

The Kidzie stop on the brown line is an Arab area and has plenty of shops and bakeries.

There is a place called Sanabel Bakery on Kedzie. Google it, and you will find it easily. They have it. It is across the street from the Cermak grocery store. There is also another grocery store (also on Kedzie) just a block or two north of Lawrence, but I do not recall the name. They carry a lot of Turkish food as well, and I would be surprised if you could not find it there as well.

Devon market is a good place, as someone else suggested, but I think you will do better with http://www.saharchicago.com/ their turkish selection is better than Devon Market.

You mean kaymak? The serbian dairy product? You should check out Andy's Fruit Ranch on North Kedzie Avenue. They have lots of imported serbian, bosnian, albanian products. Bought some there the other day.
