I can’t help (yet), but am due in November and wondering the same! I was planning to ask my ob practice at my next appointment.

My wife and I go Generations in Cary. They have great pediatricians! We didn’t start going there before our first was born, but they have care for every age and walk-in hours. It’s really easy on us to have a one-stop place with all our medical needs.

We've been super happy with Apex Cary Pediatrics / also on Google as Cary Pediatrics. In addition to very knowledgeable nurses and physicians they have accommodating walk-in hours for when the littles get sick. Also very close proximity (literally up the road) to a Wakemed ER should your family need it.

We use Cary Pediatrics and they also have offices in Apex and Fuquay-Varina. My OB recommended them when I was pregnant with our youngest and are very happy with them. The staff is great and they always fit you in if you call in for a sick visit. And they have hours on Saturdays too for sick visits.
Does anyone have any GREAT pediatricians in the clayton/Raleigh/Garner area....trying to prepare for when my boys get home :)
Andrea G. replied:
Dr. Donthi at Maruthi Pediatrics in Morrisville. I take both my boys to him. He is the best! My oldest was a preemie and Dr.Donthi is who the NICU doctors at both Pitt and Duke recommended.
Susan P. replied:
Jeffers Mann is the best in clayton! Hope you are all doing good!
Kara C. replied:
Bryson goes to Capitol Pediatrics in Knightdale. We like it. They have a Raleigh office that you can visit if their office is booked (which has never happened.) They also have evening and weekend emergency hours and a 24 hour nurse line that you can pay a fee to use.

Dr. Donthi was Derrin's pediatrician until he relocated. He's excellent!

It's all the way in Cary, but we love ours, Cornerstone Pediatrics

Raleigh Pediatrics has a Garner office on Timber Drive (White Oak). All the docs are GREAT!!! Dr. Hedgepeth & Dr. Johnson are our favorites.
Can any of my JoCo friends recommend a good Pediatrician in the Clayton/Garner area?

Mine go to Jeffers, Mann and Artman in Clayton, great doctors especially Dr. Degele and no problems with ever getting an appt. like I have heard about some pediatricians.

Mine went to the Garner office (on Timber drive) of Raleigh peds and saw Dr. Hedgepeth. They helped find an issue with Ella previously undiscovered & get her asthma under control. ♡ them

I second Dr. Ramsdell...we loved her!! and sadly when our insurance changed she was no longer in network....she was totally okay with no vaccinations as well as helping fill out the paperwork to get the waiver for vaccination exemption for public school. she is amazing! love her!

Stephanie Sheky Cloud, there is a Charlotte natural parenting group, someone in there may be able to recommend a vegan friendly ped, I know many of them know who the no-vax friendly peds are. I can add you, if you're not already a member
So why does a pediatrician need to know if we have guns in the house???? Why does that matter, or effect his health or medical treatment?
I don't think that is...
