Ohio city co op is the place to go! great people, you can even volunteer a bit if you have some time and get store credits toward your bike purchase.

[Upcycles Bikes ](http://www.affordablebikesrecyclery.com/) near West 100 th and Lorain is fantastic. They run a co-op where local folks can earn store credit by working on bikes, too.

Ohio City Bicycle Co-op, Upcycle, and the Re-Cycler, are all reliable places for used bicycles with good service and quality builds. BEAT cycle in Lakewood usually has something or another as far as re-sale, as well. But as an extra possibility- one cannot forget about THE ORIGINAL Cleveland bike Shop: Fridrich. While their bikes are new, the prices are ROCK BOTTOM.

COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE / SIXTH CITY CYCLES! Go visit berto and mason from 6 th city. They are in a cool, recently opened spot in Old Brooklyn on pearl rd@Broadview under the shaolin academy. They will work with you and refurb a bike for you, or you could check out what they have on display. berto knows his stuff. Highly recommend the coffee from old bk coffee while you're there. Haven't made it to jiu jitsu lately, I just have a ton going on. Hoping to get back soon. Dean Koch, I have trained Jiu Jitsu for the past 3 years and I image triathlon is the same. I don't know how many people have told me they don't want to start jiu jitsu because they will look stupid or they need to lose some weight. Just get out and do it, everyone starts somewhere. I'm going to try to find one this year, but I already have several runs I have committed to do with people.
