Yattacreations.etsy.com or www.facebook.com/yattacreations I can also do a custom if you'd like! Edit: I also make earrings and necklaces out of beads, plus I make dragon egg necklaces as well!
Sarah B. replied:
I make crocheted Cthulhu's in custom colors! They aren't on my etsy right now because I'm working on photographing the ones I have, but if you message me we can figure something out! Edit: they're $15 each! Etsy.com/shop/mostlyharmlessshop

I've got lots of jewelry, and a lot of it is under $60 - and I take custom orders to fit your needs and budget (within reason xD) I have multiple shops with different stuff in each; all listed on my pinned post on my FB page: https://www.facebook.com/105428239493565 Dream Weaver Jewelry (and more!)

Anyone know a good moderately priced place online, etsy store, website, etc, to buy (crazy colored) FAUX FUR? (I live in Canada, so maybe decent shipping to.)
Alina N. replied:
I buy all my fur from https://www.etsy.com/shop/everafterfabrics. they're very accommodating to custom cuts and orders. :D
Carissa C. replied:
Fabric.com. Ever After has a good selection but it's overpriced, you can get everything there from Fabric.com or Distinctive Fabric, but DF doesn't ship internationally. At least they haven't in the past, but their customer service there has also recently gone downhill so even if they did I'd be hesitant to recommend them...
Meghan B. replied:
We currently order from Distinctive Fabric, but will be making the switch to Fabric.com the next time we order. Better shipping rates...

sooo fabric.com >< :) I havent checked the canada shipping rates yet but the fabric prices will make up for it
Jeem L. replied:
I love fabric.com but if you wanna look at more places I've also had good experience with http://www.imstuffedfur.com/_index.php (Ships only to US and Canada) and http://hancockfabrics.com/ Distinctivefabric is high quality stuff too, even if it is a little pricey.

I swear by clearbags for my prints. They're fairly cheap on Amazon, and they sell them at my local Container Store as well. BUT: I see you're asking for shopping bags. Just like Amanda Willier said above, those bags are super cheap and easy. I use them for customers making purchases other than prints at my booth.
Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you had any advice for shipping 11 x 17 inch prints ? Like, where to get really big bubble mailers or envelopes ? One of my friends...
Tina N. replied:
from what other artists told me the best way would be a triangular tube like so: https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.uline.ca%2FProduct%2FDetail%2FS-1959%2FTubes%2FTriangle-Tubes-2-x-18-1-4&h=ATOzDxdsChzvBLtH-2 sER61IkU27 nwCiZMd_oHIvia7KszAQbhIePDXdlRoEfqvRsS25 mCh4 tF8NB9 j-NliQJNGhuzkOhs3BKuAIhBnxOPTQJDgdFooJ7JENyyj8 htvdLaPGqI5 aNW0 these are also cheaper to ship than regular tubes because they lay flat
Michael L. replied:
I got a ton of boxes from www.boxforless.com and used a coupon to get a decent amount off. this was a few years ago and I *still* have boxes left to ship things in.
Kayla S. replied:
Huh, all you people doing big envelopes!! Does it impact your shipping costs? I can usually ship mine for $3 ish rolled, first class. I got these free triangle tubes from USPS and cut them in half: https://store.usps.com/store/browse/uspsProductDetailMultiSkuDropDown.jsp?categoryNavIds=shipping-supplies%3 afree-shipping-supplies&categoryNav=false&navAction=push&navCount=0&atg.multisite.remap=false&categoryId=free-shipping-supplies&productId=P_O_1098S Then I wrap them in shipping paper because otherwise they'll charge you priority, lol... But I like these because they're big and I don't have to roll my prints super tight. (I use thicker paper)
Natalie G. replied:
I don't trust the mail men to not bend my prints, so I just buy these tubes. They fit 11 x17 perfectly and are wide enough so that I don't have to roll them very tightly. Also very sturdy. It works well with my thicker paper that I print on. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BT2WIMG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Anyone know any local stores that sell these grid walls? The shipping cost is a punch to the gut.
April B. replied:
It's not local and I'm unsure of the shipping but I was planning to get mine from here (can't find em local anywhere near me). You can also purchase individual ones if you only need a few more or need to replace the plastic clips that hold them together when they break. http://www.storesupply.com/c-518-mini-grid-display-unit.aspx

Stores that are liquidating their assets might be a good source of cheap fixtures. The Yellow Pages is the right suggestion - http://m.yp.com/cincinnati-oh/store-fixtures

If your in the Atlanta area, I highly suggest Dawson Jones over Uline, they have better prices and are just off 285 for pick up.

I'd recommend storesupply.com as you get them next day. No idea of any brick and mortar places that carry them (aside from the physical stores that go with the websites, which may or may not be local to you).
Meghan S. replied:
I'm looking local right now, too. Found some places in DC and Baltimore. Where are you looking? Try using online Yellow Pages (TM and everything).

Laura F. replied:
Fred Meyers sells them and pretty sure you can order online.
Katrina M. replied:
Bath and Body works also carries a non colored brand that's decent. If you reinforce with zip ties, even the ALDI brand is sturdy. I build cubes that are 6 across, and 8 up for my conventions, and then hang framed paper cuts on them. I'm using ALDI ones for the main structure, topped off with a few bath and body works brand. Tulsa Comic Con WW staff wiggled it and were surprised at how sturdy it is.
I got my first set from Walmart.com and had it shipped to my store and the second set I have is from Aldi - they were CHEAP... and rightfully so, they're definitely not as durable as legit cubes.
I hope this okay to post (will probably get lost in SPS...)

Adrienne S. replied:
Local auctions will probably get you your best price. I like to check hibid.com. This site lists auctions all over the country. Some won't ship, but some will, and we've had good luck with getting decent pricing, even with shipping. Other than that, put up an ad on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace saying that you're looking for them and will even take broken ones. We've also had luck buying and selling on Mercari. It's an app, but you can do a search at mercari.com. Good luck!
Anyone know the best way to get a shipping company to pick up packages from my house? Help a lazy brother out. Thanks.
PS. I'm not really lazy, just super efficient.
Tzvi L. replied:
USPS certainly allows you to print a label.. Also if you happen to be shipping from eBay/PayPal you can be even lazier and print the label through PayPal (this works with UPS and USPS) so the person's shipping address is already filled out for you. However I noticed that the rates are not identical to what you get from usps.com / ups.com (sometimes more, sometimes less)

I'd like to know too, I had originally been excited for cheaptotes.com but they let me check out and pay, and then they never sent my stuff.. after calling them, they told me they weren't ready to ship in Canada when I had bought my stuff. Kim N. replied:
http://www.creativebag.com/bags/reusable-bags/tote-bags-cotton they have a few locations in toronto. no minimum, the more you buy the better the rates are.

I know they don't carry everything you're looking for, and it goes against your question (haha, sorry), but, Clearbags.com is the best. Prices, customer service, shipping. I love them. Alright den. Sorry.
Chelsea C. replied:
Actually, I found papermart.com has better prices than clearbags and the same quality ;) Plus they're a small business. I've had excellent customer service with them and have used their products for years, and have even been to their warehouse in person (outside Anaheim CA) to pick up an order and they're incredibly nice.
