I had a BCC on my face near my nose n it was removed surgically almost immediately. I saw Dr Robert Brands in southport who is a GP with specialised skin cancer qualifications so a referral isn't needed. All he does is skin cancers. He bulk billed me but that may still not apply. You may have to wait to get in. He's very good. I wouldn't leave a BCC. It won't go away on its own.

Dr Ozleur in Southport will prescribe roaccutane if it's very bad as other antibiotics are not usually strong enough. He will start him on a milder antibiotic first though. You need a Doctors referral. It will def solve it before his face gets scarred.
