YES OMG GO AND SEE "KYLE RICHARDSON" FROM PINDARA PHYSIO. He did mine say you want the exact treatment as what Peter Boyle had over November and December. He is the best for this job hands down. Guaranteed best results. I could hardly walk. I shopped around and even went to Dr Aneel Nihal's Foot & Ankle Clinic. And got ripped off. Go see Kyle. http://pindaraphysio.com.au/team_kylerichardson.php

Hi I had PF for 9 months, I ended up seeing a Sports Podiatrist - PM me if you want his details, he was great. I also had PRP - Platelet Rich Plasma, through Dr Cameron and that helped kick start the healing. I have been pain free since December and am running a half marathon in two weeks! Please find out the cause for the PF, mine was over use and over pronation. I also have great running shoes and orthotics which have really helped me getting re injured

Jason Young at Runaway Bay Podiatry treated me for heel spurs in both feet with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy, (or ESWT) took 4 to 5 session each foot each foot treated on separate occasions and I'm pain free now. ESWT works on One of the areas most frequently treated with ESWT, however, is the foot. This is our specialty. Some conditions in the foot that have been treated with ESWT include: Plantar Fasciitis or Fasciosis (Strained Arch) Achilles Tendinitis or Tendinosis Calcific Tendinitis or Tendinosis Connective Tissue Pain and degeneration Muscle Pain and Injuries Joint Injuries Morton's Neuromas I'm glad I looked into this therapy cause I'm on my feet all day and the pain was horrible. Good Luck

I had this bad a few years ago and went to a place called the Foot Clinic, they were based in Syndey but came to Brisbane once a month for treatments, they were great, fitted me with 1/2 length orthotics that I could wear in most shoes plus did the ice packs etc and within 2 months all fixed. Not sure if they are still around but can't recommend them enough.

You might have heel spurs causing the problem. You need an X-ray to check it out. But I had a course of 3 cortisone injections (painful as hell) that fixed mine. They were done by an orthopaedic surgeon who is right near the old Alamanda hospital. Sorry I can't remember his name. It was about 7 years ago.

Go see Dr Paul Ohmsen at Benowa. He has a great team of podiatry and physio's to help you. I couldn't recommend them enough. Do your exercises, wear your orthotics and hopefully like me you'll have great results. Dr Ohmsen is highly qualified, google him.

I also had this and found that I was suffering a gluten intolerance - got rid of sugar, gluten and inflammatory foods like that and milk etc... I've therefore had the pain in feet and wrists go away, lost weight naturally, able to cope and frustration has dropped as not in constant pain. And healed Leaky Gut. Please look up Dr Axe he was the one that helped me understand what the body does in relation to inflammation.. he is amazing

Get a Strassburg sock or a splint to wear at night. I suffered for years and within a week of wearing the sock I had zero pain - and X-rays show I have heel spurs as a result of the PF http://www.opchealth.com.au/strassburg-sock
