Try Dr Chris Wever at Mermaid. There is no shame or judgement in asking for help when you need it. You may need a referral from you GP though for Dr Wever.

http://goodmanpsychology.com/about-us/ I saw Seschelle at Goodman Psychology when I was 17 and my current mental health professionals attribute my open attitude, ability to talk about and articulate my feelings to her and that we got in early enough

We go to dr Chris Wever for psychiatry and drive to West End in Brisbane's South, near south bank, to Minds And Hearts psychologist group, specialised group for Aspergers and ASD, headed up by Dr Tony Atwood top in his field. Make sure you access your 10 mental health visits for the year as this eases the financial burden.
