Dr. Krzeminski. He's arrogant, but he is amazing. After 6 sets of tubes and specialists and dealing with Dr. Steinman for years, my son was legally deaf for the first 6 years is his life. Dr. K reconstructed his eardrums and now he is at 85 percent hearing. Would never trust anybody else....

Your DHHS office should be helping Department of Health and Human Services it is their job to help the deaf and hard of hearing. They should be able to found you a doctor and cover transportation cost. It doesn't hurt to try.

Kimberly- you may want to consider an otolaryngology surgeon. We used Dr. Isaacson from UT Southwestern to remove a cholesteatoma from my daughter's middle ear and then rebuild her eardrum. Our ENT said that when it gets that involved that a surgeon is a better choice than an ENT. Here is the contact info for the Aston clinic.

We actually have used Dr. Bauer for years and have loved him, but having some second thoughts about his recommendation on her continued hearing loss (which is to do nothing)... it's just not sitting well with us so we need to feel out some other opinions. Will definitely start giving some of these drs a call and see who I can get her into!:)

Wowza Kat! I can't remember if we were on LBLP insurance or on Blane's co (through United) when he had his out- we definitely didn't have to wait for 11 rounds! Crazy!! Yeah we've changed toothbrushes a ton- her ped said they're just trapping normal cold germs b/c they're large even when they're not swollen. We'll see what the ENT says... She's never had bouts so close together like this!
