Once that sinks in, try this one on for size: the U.S. ranks worse than China, Algeria, and Iran." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/...

Calley A. replied:
Hi Kristina, I am a Naturopathic Doctor located in Las Colinas. The best way to think about NDs is a family practice doctor, herbalist, homeopath, and nutritionist in one. We go through medical school and have to pass national board exams like any other doctor but our approach is holistic care, especially concerning anything related to the gastrointestinal tract. www.TexasNDs.com

You can also try Life Works in Snider Plaza. They have a group of therapists, dieticians, holistic docs, acupunturists, etc.

Hank Ferrell in Carrolton just fixes all issues. I've been to Margaret Christensen since the 80's but she closes her practice so often I gave up on her being a reliable option. She's a gyno and pretty much tells most about adrenal fatigue and suggests progesterone cream most.

Finding a good urologist near FM is a difficult task. Let me cut right to the chase and tell you that the BEST is Dr. Gaylen Howard at Urology Associates of Denton. He was referred to me by a nurse and is top notch. When I had to have emergency surgery, I knew I was in the best of hands.
Jessica G. replied:
I was also going to say Dr. Gordon in grapevine. She is fantastic and makes you comfortable. I had 2 procedures done with her. Also, for an internist, Dr Kevin Page in grapevine is fantastic. Dr. Ferris is also in the same office and he is also great.

Thanks, I had surgery with Dr. Fairbanks so I trust him, just not sure if he is still practicing or if we can immediately get in as this requires immediate attention. Nothing like hearing this on a late Friday when you can't do anything over the weekend!

Dr. Casey is great!

Dr. Fairbanks is great, worth the wait if you can. Or one of his partners, too.
I'm looking for a new doctor and was wondering if anyone had a great Internist they would recommend. Thanks for your suggestions.

It's a bit of a drive for you, but I'd suggest Dr. Robert Haddox at White Rock Adult Medicine. He's on NW Hwy just before Easton. I have seen firsthand the excellent care and compassion he's given both of my parents, and if I were in Dallas area he'd be my first choice.
