Dr. Madhu Kolkipara Dr. Robert Cash A friend works for Baylor Grapevine and said the ICU nurses say great things about both of these doctors.

When we lived in Dallas, we went to Dr. Gary Gross. He's an allergist, not sure of he is a pulmonologist or if he is still practicing but he's an excellent doctor!

We have a GREAT one in Plano. Well worth the drive: Dr Schochet at Parker and tollway. My allergist is also good: dr Devora. There is an allergist who came highly recommended in McKinney: Matt.... I'll try to think of his name but he's close to our neighborhood
