> 16 coroplast real estate signs shouldn't take 2 weeks. It's a 20 minute job after printing. Yes, but perhaps they have 2 weeks of orders ahead of you. Try [Sojourn Signs](https://www.sojournsigns.ca/) in Burnside.
xcarex replied:
Definitely biased because they're family-in-law but they did signage for our wedding that was awesome. If you aren't bothered about going out to Lower Sackville, [Lachance Signs](http://lachancesigns.com/) are great.

I worked at Daynite Signs in Dartmouth when I first moved to Halifax about 15 years ago; I know they were usually pretty quick with completing orders. I’d give them a try.

Matt Welch with Remax. He is currently helping us in the Dartmouth area. He’s been successful for 13 years, knows his shit. I’m thoroughly impressed with the knowledge that he can spew about pretty much any area. He’s patient, I’m neurotic - and he’s really looking at our lifestyle to help us buy.

Hey, I'd reccomend Mary Nash and Phil Shannon. They are lovely people and were really great helping me find my home. They also worked with a couple of my friends who have a completely different style than I and they also had an excellent experience with them. https://www.realestatewithmaryandphil.com/

Good questions to ask a potential real estate agent: How many deals have you done in the past year? Do you do a lot of transactions in my area? Have you ever been sanctioned by the real estate regulator? How long have you been in business? If I hire you will I get you, or will I get an assistant?

flufffer replied:
How many people have enough experience with realtors to know if theirs was good? If someone only has ever had to use a realtor once or twice, how reliable is a recommendation? The realtor may have been super nice and smooth and hassle free. But that may have come at the cost of selling under value or buying over priced. But the experience may have been grand. What do you expect? A realtor that will get you the most money on your sale? A realtor that will make your sale easy by not getting a great deal?

[Benjamin Green](https://pressrealty.ca/agents/benjamin-green/) from Press Realty. He's a great guy and goes above and beyond for his clients. We had such a lovely experience with him. He helped us find the best place for us and showed us so many comparables. His negotiation skills got us a price that really fit our budget and allowed us wiggle room so we could renovate. The contractor that works with him [Brendan MacDonald](https://pressrealty.ca/agents/brendonmacdonald/) is perfect if you're looking to do renovations before move in. I can't say enough amazing things about them and the whole Press team. They're the only realty company I would purchase with again.
