When you figure out a route/activities, let us know. We may want to join... There's some good scenic (not hardcore) trails near Aspen... Of course you can aim for such legendary trails like Holy Cross.

This KOA is nice in Ouray. In Moab there are lots of places to camp and plenty of hotels. http://koa.com/campgrounds/ouray/

We camped at a state park campground along 550 15 mi or so north of Durango and that was nice. Day passes to the tremble hot springs for showers and warm water were a plus (between campground and Durango). Mesa Verde NP has packed tight camping but good shower facilities.

There is a Safeway on 6 th (I forgot the name of the cross street) that might let you park.

Capitol Hill is an area with a lot of residents and a lot of business folks who park there on a regular day. You're not likely to find free parking for any sort of vehicle for free that close to downtown. It would be wise to evaluate what your reasonable limit is for paying to store/park it, even if you prefer free. In the very least, that way when you have an idea what your [BATNA](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Best_alternative_to_a_negotiated_agreement) is when you try to sell it.
