Dr. Sterett! He's in Vail and did Lindsey Vonn's knee twice. He's the doc for the US Ski Team and did my girlfriends knee. People fly in from all over for him. If you need to get in I can call his PA. http://www.vvmc.com/doctors/william-sterett

Recommendations for an orthopedic surgeon in Longmont or south Denver? My mom broke her left elbow and right hand. Thanks.
Ashley H. replied:
Phillip Stull. I was his nanny and have heard he is really good at what he does!
De A. replied:
Serena--Steadman Hawkins--they have a full center on Belleview/I-25. I went to Dr. Noonan for my ACL repair and broken tibia. They have PT there and my surgery was in the same building. Can't give them high enough marks.
Dan T. replied:
Dr Ted Parks, my brother in law.
Linda G. replied:
Jon Erickson. He's the BEST.
Rebecca F. replied:
Highly recommend Steadman Hawkins, in DTC. I went to them for A while, a friend had an ankle repaired by them, skiers, athletes, etc all use them. They actually earned my respect more by recommending against surgery for what I went in for, when I thought I needed it, because they saw it was how my body was made and would cause more complications to fix it, and recommended PT instead.
Shelly T. replied:

Cyndy H. replied:
Dan, I had an MRI before my knee surgery, which was in sept followed by 3 injections of effluxa and it still isn't good. The burning is gone but the pain remains. Cousin Casey has had numerous replacements with great results. Good luck cuz.
Debbie B. replied:
My mom had both knees done at different times, about a year apart. Center for Orthopedics with Robert L. Thomas, MD. His office is next to the Littleton Hospital on Broadway. I thought he was very good. I went with my mom to all the appointments...so was able to talk with them before, during and after. She is doing very well.
Denver people: Any suggestion for an orthopedic surgeon focusing on ankle/feet? Torn tendon and I believe a failed ligament repair... Already been to ER few months back....
In the story, they recommend choosing an orthopedic surgeon that does more than 50 joint replacement surgeries per year, and a hospital that does over 200 per year. So,...
