I go to Dr Zaccheo Warren@Warren animal hospital and have been going there for fifteen years. I truly believe he is the best veterinarian and all of his staff are amazing.

We used Alpha, it's more reasonably priced and they are good, however they don't take care credit, which we have. Since we have care credit, we've taken our pets to Easton animal hospital and Thoreau Vet in Palmer. Both are pretty good and their prices are about equal

Definitely Warren animal hospital. I have had several animals with serious medical problems that he helped me get through. I have used him since the day he took over for Dr. Tersigni.

Alpha Vet has the most reasonable prices I have encountered, followed by Common Sense. Alpha was able to diagnose an issue with my dogs that her previous vet was unable to discover. I am grateful for that. Also had to cremate pets before and they were the most reasonably priced as well.

Seriously.....drive 20 minutes North on Rte 33 up to Saylorsburg and Creature Comforts ....Dr Karin is the Best and their prices are reasonable plus they are a 24/7 clinic..... have been going there for years ....even when I lived in NJ and drove almost an hour....

Any of the vets at Cummings veterinary are great. Office is very clean and vets are fantastic. Also William Penn veterinary hospital is good too.

Dr Scooge at Alpha personally took care of my cat in her personal residence above the office to stay up with my cat during the nights. Ye almost died from too much insulin. They took care of him like he was a human! And cheap prices for great compassion!

The only vet I have gone to who really works with people on price (often waiving entire services) is Dr Blease in Stewartsville, but the facility is not the greatest as it's 100% non profit. The staff is great, though. I regularly take my pets to Harmony Animal Hospital or Canyon River Run when possible.

Dr. Blease in Stewardsville. The staff is great. They don't want you to not take your pet for care because you can't afford it and they won't try to sell you anything or recommend testing or procedures that aren't truly necessary.

Look up thoreau pet hospital. Dr. Burke rocks! She Is caring and great! Always ask for meds in herbal version!

I go to Community Vet in Bath. Been going to same Dr. for 20+ years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies.

My son's 7 year old cat has a growth in his mouth. He's in Allentown so he took him to Hamilton Animal Care in Westcosville. The cost just to do a biopsy is $600. I read that most growths in a cat's mouth are cancerous and if that's the case the cost to treat him is beyond outrageous so he doesn't know what to do. I was also wondering if the price to look into this and treat the cat is the same with other veterinarians. Most of the vets recommended on this post are far from where he lives.

The two best in the area are Easton Animal Hospital and Warren Animal Hospital. Valley Central for emergency care.

We've brought our pets to alpha (which we love and are better priced than others but don't accept carecredit), Thoreau (Dr Burke is amazing) and more recently, Easton animal hospital. I would recommend all three.

Thoreau Veterinary. I've been taking my cats there since she opened on Northampton St. Dr. Burke saved one my cat's lives when he got sick as a kitten. He has a condition that can flare up at any time and we haven't had another in 5 1/2 years

Stay away from Alpha Vet, unless you ONLY see Dr. Sandra Frey! I just had my cat spayed there and had the worst experience ever. They microchipped her lost her microchip information, her incision was much bigger than a normal spay, it was honestly awful. They butchered my poor kitten.:( Cummings Vet. Hospital is fantastic! And I've heard wonderful things about Warren Animal Hospital!

Some people have told me their prices are a Little higher but knowing I'm getting good care is worth it. We tried to switch once and ended up going right back there after one visit somewhere else.

Dr Blease on 57 common sense for animals might be the cheapest, those emergency places cost a fortune on the weekend.

Harmony is open for the holiday. They are the closest and cheapest for "after hours" 908-454-5600.

I use Alpha Vet however for emergencies I think you'd have to go to Valley Central. I suggest you try Dr. Bouzaout as Susan Mitchell Wilcox posted. A friend of mine had her dog there recently and was pleased with their service.
