With the medical card or Medicaid there is not any surgeon in Elgin most that take those r in Chicago my boyfriend went thru the same thing when he needed wisdom teeth out and if u do find one just a warning they r booked out months and months we ended up going to Rockford and paying out of pocket to have pulled. My mom works for Midwest dental in Elgin and she couldn’t even find us any surgeons in the area ur dentist that takes ur card should be able to give u. List of places that do

try looking at Amira Health's website. They msy not be un elgin but msy be in surrounding communities
