Dr Dean Shoener is the best. My husband is a very high risk for any surgery. He prepared my husband and I for everything. He made sure we understood what was going to happen. He has a great bedside manner.

I got mine removed a year ago. I went to Delnor ER for my pain they suggested I get it removed immediately. I decided to go home and get 3 other opinions. I went with NCH Dr Barnett. Best service I have ever had from a surgeon and out patient service. https://nch.netreturns.biz/Providers/Detail.aspx?ProviderId=f18 e2 f98-0760-4950-9 aca-f8 c9883 fe5 c3#.WDOzOstMHqA

Dr John White is wonderful!
Natalie K. replied:
Dr. Shoener. He was recommended to me by another doctor who had had a surgery by him. My scars have almost disappeared and it's been over a year since surgery. He kept me and my family informed. Everything went great! Highly recommend him!
Kim M. replied:
Not sure if she is still doing gallbladders or is just doing breast surgery now, but Dr. Nancy E. Whereatt with Dryer in Aurora did my gallbladder surgery and was fantastic. No problems and a wonderful bedside manner
Antonella P. replied:
My husband did great with his surgery. Either Dr. White or Dr. Bartonitis
October M. replied:
Dr. Shoener from delnor is absolutely amazing. I was so terrified to get it done because I had to deliver a baby and get mine taken out all in the same week and he took all my fears away! My scars are perfectly stitched and healing very nicely. He answered any question I had and made sure my daughter who was 4 days old was by my bed side when I woke up!
Jennifer S. replied:
Also recommend Dr. Dean Shoener, but I used him for a breast lumpectomy. Successful surgery and good bedside manner. Very thorough with his explanations of procedures.

Dr. John White, PM me with any questions. He does surgeries out of the ambulatory center which with my insurance was less expensive than to have it done by him at Delnor. http://health.usnews.com/doctors/john-white-17904
Heather G. replied:
Dr. David Woodard with CDH and Delnor. I recently had my gallbladder removed laparoscopically. I met with the surgical team of nurses beforehand and without me asking had great things to say about him. Everything went great. Good luck!
Janet S. replied:
I highly recommend anyone at Delnor/CDH. I had some major rare complications from a gallbladder removal that was performed at Rush Copley and the surgeons at Delnor were able to treat the complications and get me back on me feet. Please message me if you have any questions!!
I am looking for an experienced Doctor of Otolaryngology (Thyroid specific SURGEON), to remove the complete Thyroid gland. Would appreciate your input.
I just started with this practice, but I did a lot of research on local thyroid doctors— Dr. Donzelli in Naperville had great reviews on local Facebook . (I had my thyroid completely removed due to cancer in 2002. ) You might want to consider him. https://www.dupagemedicalgroup.com/our-physicians/joseph-j-donzelli/

YES! My mom just had her left hip replaced 2 weeks ago and is already starting to walk without a cane! Granted she is 62 but this doctor is amazing and people travel from all over to get hip replacements done by him! He is at CDH in Winfield. His name is Dr. Wayne Paprosky - Midwest orthopedics at Rush is where you contact him. He has an office at CDH but you contact him through the association at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush

Renee M. replied:
Dr Paprosky with Midwest orthodox. I had both hips replaced when fox valley ortho would t do it. Plus my mother went to Paprosky to have her hip replaced after only four years....fix valley ortho did the first one and put a wrong hip in.....Paprosky is in CDH two days a week so I suggest the best. He's world renown, has invented the glueless hip, and has written many journals. He is the best!
Dr King at Geneva Eye Clinic just did mine last week and he was fantastic. Very informative, surgery was quick with no complications. He’s been my eye doctor for years.
