My three all time faves are: Laura Gibson who is an amazing color specialist, She's located in DC. If DC is too far Jean Paul at Dolce Vita in McLean is also amazing! If that's still not close to you I'm also a big fan of Ahmet at salon Simis in Fairfax. Hopefully one of them is near you.

I don’t know your style but if you like glam check out glam by Shekiba (she’s based in Woodbridge but will travel). She did my wedding and everyone loved their hair and makeup. A few of my blonde bridesmaids were worried since she mainly does middle eastern style makeup but she can do anything. I would hire her again in an instant. She has a great Instagram too.
